01 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using IVEBIZ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IVEARNI GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI.
02 Description of Service
IVEBIZ is a personal deal management mobile application that provides:
- Business opportunity tracking and management
- Automated deal matching between SELL and BUY opportunities
- Task and planner management linked to business deals
- Document and file organization
- Multi-language and multi-currency support
03 License & Permitted Use
IVEARNI GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use IVEBIZ for personal and commercial business management purposes.
You may NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Sell, resell, or sublicense the App
- Use the App for illegal activities
- Share or transfer your license key to another user or device
- Attempt to bypass or circumvent the license verification system
04 Premium License
IVEBIZ offers a Free version with limited features and a Premium license with unlimited access.
- Premium licenses are bound to a single device via Device ID
- License keys are non-transferable between devices
- One-time purchases do not expire unless otherwise stated
- Subscription licenses renew based on the selected period
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and Google Play's refund policies
05 User Data & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and legality of data you enter into IVEBIZ
- Backing up your data (IVEBIZ stores data locally on your device)
- Ensuring you have the right to store contact information of third parties
- Compliance with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction
06 Disclaimer of Warranties
IVEBIZ is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. IVEARNI GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs or viruses.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IVEARNI GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data or business opportunities
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to your device
- Service interruptions or technical failures
08 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use of IVEBIZ after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
09 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
