IVEBIZ ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") is developed and operated by IVEARNI GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data.

This Privacy Policy applies to the IVEBIZ mobile application available on Google Play Store and any related services. By using IVEBIZ, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

02 Data We Collect

Data You Provide

All data you input into IVEBIZ is stored locally on your device:

• Business opportunity details (title, category, description, price, location)
• Contact information you manually enter (names, phone numbers, emails)
• Task and planner data (titles, due dates, notes)
• Document references and links
• App settings and preferences

• We do NOT collect your real name, email, or phone number unless you contact us directly
• We do NOT track your location
• We do NOT access your device contacts without permission
• We do NOT collect financial information
• We do NOT use advertising SDKs or analytics trackers

03 How Data Is Stored

IVEBIZ uses a local SQLite database (via the Drift library) stored on your device's internal storage. This data is:

• Local only — never automatically synced to cloud servers
• Encrypted — sensitive data (license key, device ID) is stored using Android's secure storage
• Under your control — you can delete all data by uninstalling the app

04 How We Use Your Data

Data stored in IVEBIZ is used solely to provide the app's features:

• Displaying and managing your business opportunities
• Generating automatic deal matches between SELL and BUY opportunities
• Task reminders and planner functionality
• License verification (using hashed device ID)
• App personalization (language, currency, settings)

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond providing the app's stated functionality.

Third-Party Services Used

All third-party sharing is initiated explicitly by you (e.g., tapping the "Share to WhatsApp" button). We do not share data automatically.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Sensitive data (device ID, license key) stored using Android Keystore / Secure Storage
• All network requests use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• No personal data transmitted to external servers
• Local database is protected by Android's application sandbox

08 Children's Privacy

IVEBIZ is designed for business professionals and entrepreneurs. The app is not directed at children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at hello@ivebiz.com.

09 Your Rights

As a user of IVEBIZ, you have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: All your data is visible and accessible within the app at all times
• Correction: You can edit any data directly within the app
• Deletion: You can delete individual records or all data at any time
• Portability: Premium users can export data in CSV/Excel format
• Erasure: Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all local data

Since IVEBIZ is offline-first and stores no data on our servers, most data rights can be exercised directly within the app without needing to contact us.

10 Data Deletion

You can delete your data in the following ways:

Delete Within App

• Delete individual opportunities, tasks, or documents from within the app
• Go to Settings → Clear All Data (if available)

Complete Data Deletion

• Uninstall IVEBIZ from your device — this permanently removes all locally stored data
• Go to Android Settings → Apps → IVEBIZ → Clear Data

If you believe any data about you is stored on our servers and wish to request deletion, contact us at:

11 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date
• Displaying a notification within the app on the next launch

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
